The Burford is a spacious, elegant garden house, able to accommodate up to twelve people, making it perfect for entertaining friends and family.

As with all Chiltern Garden Buildings, the Burford is handcrafted to a high standard using only premium graded timber and is available with either Cape Reed Thatch or Western Red Cedar Shingle roof finishes.
Like the Chalfont, the Burford has two entrances ensuring ease of access, leaving you and your guests to enjoy any occasion to the full.

  • Installations of our garden buildings and summer houses usually takes a day.

  • Building installation cost and roof re-thatch services are included in the price within a 100-mile radius of Oxford. Materials for the build and the installation are included in the cost. Accessories and the optional cedar shingle roof can be installed at an extra cost.

  • Unlike traditional thatch, your garden building roof thatch will last for 5- 8 years. There can be some cases where thatch will not need to be replaced after 5 – 8 years, however, it is always worth checking after 5 years have passed. If you are unsure if your thatch needs replacing and need advice, feel free to give us a call.
